How exactly is profit sharing structured?

It's pretty simple. We look at the delta of account balance each month and pay you 50% of that delta. No extra charges on our side.

What if the strategy loses money?

Profits and losses are fixed monthly. Losses are rolled over to the next months. It's our responsibility not to run losing strategies. In the case of a total net loss, you will not be owing us money.

Who will own the IP?

You will.

What exchanges do you trade on?

We would not want to disclose the full list at this moment. It's safe to say that we trade on all the major exchanges.

What instruments do you trade on?

Anything we can. Futures, stocks, options.

How much capital can you allocate for my strategy?

Probably enough, $10k — $1M. We've never encountered limitations there.

How large is Wunder Fund?

Around 20 people. Eight of them are Quants.

Only crypto?

No, our trading volume is distributed approximately evenly between crypto and regular exchanges.

Where are you based?

We're a fully remote team. Some of us are based in London, Barcelona, Bangkok, and other cities. Several times a year we rent a villa for a couple of months, and anybody can join to work and have fun at their will.

Do you trade at exchange X?

Probably yes. We will tell you in the later stages of our friendship.

What is the payment schedule?

Usually, we distribute the profits monthly.

How accurate is your backtest?

If there's a significant discrepancy between the backtest and reality, it's an incident for us and a reason for investigation. Such incidents are not tolerated.

Do you pay any fixed salary?

This position does not imply any fixed salary whatsoever. Because of that, we expect you to already have a strategy on hand. However, if needed, we can provide some financial support for a limited period of time.

Can you help me with a visa in country X?

Probably yes, and it's on us. We're not almighty, but we can provide some support.

Will I work alone or in a team?

Depends on you. Some of our quants are solo players; some work in teams. Team profits are shared between members at their will.
